All Balloon Installations require a minimum of 10 feet of balloons.
For installations up to $300 we require a $100 deposit, and installations over $301 we require a $200 deposit.
All deposits are due within 48 hours of receiving a proposal, this is to hold your date - if a deposit hasn't been made then the date will become available for everybody again.
Installation Fee - 20% of the total cost (before tax) will be added.
Delivery Fee - Our cost is $1 per mile for each delivery from the zip code 34986, (Torino, Port St. Lucie), this includes the return journey. Please note if balloon take downs are needed or rental equipment needs collecting an additional return journey will be added to your invoice.
All Rentals will be picked up within 3 days of your event, if a venue requires that it is cleared on the same day, we will add a removal charge based on the time of day.
Grab & Go Garlands are a perfect way to make an event look fabulous without a huge price tag. We can create Organic Garlands from 5' to 8', please not that we recommend at least a small SUV that can have the seats down to pick up the garland, a larger SUV will be needed for the fullest garland, especially if it has additional embellishments attached - we do not want balloons being squished during the journey.
Grab & Go garlands can be picked up with 3 days of your event at select time slots, as long as they are kept in an air-conditioned environment in a shaded area, they will stay looking great!
Our balloons are premium quality so shouldn't pop with ease, but it could happen - we will not be held responsible for the balloons once they leave our property.
All of our Grab & Go Garlands will come with supplies and instructions to hang them. Although it is best to find an anchor point for balloons such as staircases, we do supply command hooks to attach to walls - the instructions will include a demonstration on how to apply and remove command hooks carefully. We will not be held responsible for any paint damage.
Where necessary we will always try and find a great anchor point to hang our balloon designs, we love to use stands and backdrops to attach the balloons to. We can easily attach our structures to glass or dropped ceilings. Please send a picture of your desired location for our balloon set-up in order for us to establish what will be best. If no anchor point can be found we can use command hooks, but again whilst we will remove these carefully - we will not be held liable for any paint damage.
For events inside venues, we will not attach balloon garlands to any walls using command hooks.
All of our air-filled balloon decor is guaranteed to last through your event, if indoors the balloons can last days and even weeks although not guaranteed. If outdoors, balloon decor will be guaranteed to last throughout your event as long they are in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.

If our schedule allows it, we will absolutely try to create a last-minute request, please note that this may be subject to color limitations and payment for installation will be required in full.
If we are unable to fit you in, please consider our Grab & Go garlands which are just as beautiful but will require set-up from yourself.
Mylar (Foil) balloons are at a higher chance of popping in extreme heat.

The customer is liable for any damages to rental equipment once the equipment has been set-up at the event location. The equipment will be inspected before and after an event. If damages have been occurred, the customer will be required to pay for the replacement of this equipment.
Florida is HOT! We only use the best materials for your set-up however, high heat or cold can cause balloons to pop. If you are adamant, you would like an outdoor set-up, please find an area that would not be in direct sunlight. We will replace any balloons that pop during travel and installation.
Note - No outdoor events from May- September due to the high heat and humidity.
Matte balloons - the sun causes balloons to go through a process called oxidization, if this is not the look you are going for, we will use balloon spray to keep them shiny!
The sun and heat will also cause the balloons to deflate and pop if outside for a long time.
In the case of a hurricane warning, we will absolutely move the date of your event. If it is going to be raining only, we can still set-up outside or move it to an inside location.
We love children and pets! However, popped or deflated balloons can be a choking hazard, please keep a close eye on children around the balloons, although attached to each other they could come loose if pulled by a child/adult. It is to your discretion if you let anybody play with the balloons, we are not liable for damages caused by other humans/animals.
Balloon Installations - If you need to reschedule please do this prior to one week before your event so we can apply your deposit to a future booking/new date. Unfortunately, we cannot reschedule events that are cancelled within 7 days of your event. Deposits are non-refundable.
Grab & Go Garlands - Full payment is required upon booking, if you need to reschedule, please do this prior to (7) days before your event.
